Salary: From £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Collington Winter Environmental is expanding its Landscape Architecture team and is looking to recruit talented Landscape Architects at all levels, from Graduate through to Senior and Associate.

The Role
You’ll become part of an experienced and friendly team delivering landscape architecture projects from initial concept through to planning, detailed design and implementation.
Working alongside ecologists, arboricultural consultants, planners and engineers, you’ll contribute to projects that make a genuine difference to communities and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing landscape designs, masterplans and high-quality visual presentations.
- Producing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), Design and Access Statements and supporting planning documentation.
- Undertaking landscape appraisals, site surveys and client meetings.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful planning and development projects.
- Managing projects from inception through to completion while maintaining quality, programme and budget requirements.
- Liaising with clients, planning authorities and project stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Keeping up to date with Landscape Institute guidance, planning policy and industry best practice.
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates at Graduate, Landscape Architect, Senior Landscape Architect and Associate level.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture.
- Membership of, or progress towards, Chartered status with the Landscape Institute.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- Experience with Revit, Lumion or GIS software would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong design, presentation and report writing skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A full UK driving licence.
