Enderby Planning Portal: Applying for Planning Permission

The Enderby Planning Portal is the official online platform for submitting, managing, and monitoring planning applications across Devon. Designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, it allows applicants to upload all necessary documents and track the progress of their applications. Local residents can also use the portal to view proposals and provide feedback on developments in their area.

To maximise the likelihood of approval and ensure your application meets Blaby District Council’s environmental standards, it is recommended to seek ecological guidance early. Collington Winter offers specialist consultancy to support you through every stage of the planning process.

Using the Enderby Planning Portal

Prepare your application – Make sure you have all planning and building documents ready, including:

  • Completed application forms (available on the Enderby Planning Portal)
  • Accurate site locations plans and elevation drawings
  • Supporting documents such as design and access statements
  • Ecological surveys, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies

Submit your application – Upload your documents via the portal. You will receive confirmation and a unique reference number to track progress.

Public consultation – Your application will be added to the public register. Resident and stakeholders can review the proposal and submit comments during the consultation period.

Application review – Planning officers will assess your application against local policies and national planning guidelines. Amendments may be requested if necessary.

Decision – Decisions are made either by a planning officer or, for larger projects, by a planning committee.
